Why I Don’t Support Distilled Water Usage
There is quite a bit of controversy out there about what kind of water to drink these days should it be from the tap, should it be distilled, should it be reverse osmosis, or and ionizer machine. Let’s talk today just about distilled water. In the 1970s there were a number of health practitioners, whose good name I will not tarnish, because they brought a great deal of valuable information to the health industry overall, who believed that distilled water was the most valuable water a person could drink. Since that time it has been proven that distilled water is now valuable for short-term fasting. The nature of the de-mineralized water lends itself to intense cleansing. Water tap is dangerous because of parasites and other chemicals which create high levels of toxicity. It is well established that in some cities the water is more toxic than others. Some wells are also better than others, but to me, only a fool wouldn’t consider a filtration system based upon the costs of health care and the cost of owning one. Dr. Emoto, the famous Japanese scientist who popularized the concept that thought (prayer) and words affected the quality of water. If you haven’t read his books, I suggest you do.He has only endorsed one water filtration system in the world, that is an ionizer from one manufacturer in Japan. And, it’s definitely not a distillation system. If you need to detoxify and to cleanse quickly for few weeks, distilled water is the great solvent and it will cleanse phenomenally. Fasting for longer periods of time can cause a dangerous fall in electrolytes and cause a rise in blood pressure due to the lack of minerals in the tissue. The most important reason possibly for me not to use distilled water is that it is acidic by nature.
