Distillation Part 2

Without minerals water becomes acidic. Even the EPA says that distilled water can be dangerous  to use in the long run, because it is essentially mineral free, which then begins to leech the necessary minerals to keep blood acid levels within the normal range, from the bone. Remember water is on of our planets great solvents.  The jury is pretty much back and seated around the issue of an alkaline environment. Many authorities believe that an overly acidic tissues are a precursor to premature aging. Many  of my clients still use pop, or soda as it is called by some, to hydrate themselves or to just satisfy their cravings. Bad idea. Talk about throwing the acid alkaline balance way out into left field. And on top of it, most of the pop and soda is made with distilled water. Over acidity has been linked with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, hypo-thyroid conditions, coronary artery disease, and blood pressure that is way, way too high. The  wisdom of Edgar Casey that has been passed down from through much of the 20th century,  focused on a diet that was comprised of mainly 80% alkaline 20% acid diet. Many Americans have that percentage reversed. No wonder our health care system is in crisis.

According to many authorities, the ideal water for human consumption should be slightly alkaline. Some believe that 9.0 to 9.5 is superb. Others believe the just above seven is perfect. Make your own judgment, but my suggestion is to look at ionizing machines that allow you to change the alkalinity of the water. The filter itself should be the highest quality  that money can buy.   aI suggest you look at www.ionways.com/watermatrix. There is a great deal of information in there about why you should be using a water ionizer as a medical tool for longevity and detoxification. Don’t be like an ostrich with his head stuck in the sand, there’s too much information out there for you to glean, to make an intelligent decision for yourself and your family.  If I lived in an area that had questionable water I would determine the levels of toxicity it contained, and then make a decision to install the best water filtration system that I could afford. You know the adage life is only as good as your health and all the money in the world is valueless if you don’t have your health. We are water beings we are totally dependent upon good water which is becoming increasingly more scarce as we continue to populate the planet and our technologies continue to burden her with more pollution as a consequence of the byproducts of our modernization and technological expansion. If your water is very toxic start with a reverse osmosis and then into an ionizing type machine. You’ll be glad you did. If its not too awful, get an ionizer.
